That’s why every order is backed by our 30-Day Happiness Guarantee. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we’ll make it right.

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Unlike many skincare brands, we accept returns even if the product has been opened or used. We believe you should have the opportunity to experience the product before deciding if it’s right for you.

Refunds

Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide instructions for the return process.

After your return is received, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Most refunds are processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll resolve the issue promptly and at no additional cost to you.

Exchanges

If you would like a different product, simply contact our support team and we’ll help arrange the best solution.

European Union Customers

For orders shipped to the European Union, you also have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
