That’s why we give you 30 days to try your UKOI products. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

Return shipping is on us.

30 Days to Decide

Take the time to experience your products as part of your routine. If they’re not right for you, simply let us know within 30 days of receiving your order.

Opened or gently used products are welcome.

Free Returns

There is no charge for eligible U.S. returns.

Contact our Customer Care team and we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label and simple instructions for sending your products back.

Simple Refunds

Once your eligible return is received and approved, we’ll issue your refund to your original payment method.

Your bank or payment provider may require additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

How to Make a Return

1. Contact Us

Email hi@ukoi.us with your order number within 30 days of delivery.

2. Receive Your Return Label

We’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label and simple return instructions.

3. Send It Back

Pack the products securely and use the provided label to return your order.

4. Receive Your Refund

Once your eligible return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Order?

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible at hi@ukoi.us.

Please include your order number and a short description of the issue.

A Few Things to Know

Free 30-day returns apply to eligible purchases made directly through UKOI.us.

The 30-day return period begins on the date your order is delivered.

Products purchased from another retailer or marketplace must be returned through the original place of purchase.

Sets and bundles should be returned with all products included.
