Everything you need to know about UKOI products, ingredients, shipping, and results

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. UKOI was created in 2020 by Elfa Pharm for European markets and entered the U.S. market in 2026. Our products continue to be manufactured in the European Union.

We focus on science-led skincare built around advanced active ingredients such as peptides, PDRN, exosomes, bakuchiol, CICA and snail mucin.

UKOI products are available directly through ukoi.us, and our customer care team is available if you have questions about a product, an order or your routine.

UKOI products are manufactured in Poland, in the European Union, by an established cosmetics manufacturer.

Our products are developed and manufactured according to applicable European cosmetic safety and quality requirements.

We chose European manufacturing because of the EU’s established framework for cosmetic safety, ingredient assessment, manufacturing and product compliance.

For us, “Made in Europe” isn’t simply about where a product comes from. It reflects our approach to quality formulation, responsible manufacturing and carefully selected active ingredients.

UKOI products are formulated and manufactured in accordance with applicable European cosmetic safety requirements.

Safety is considered at the formula, ingredient and manufacturing level before a product reaches the customer.

That said, everyone’s skin is different. Even well-formulated skincare can cause an individual sensitivity or reaction. If you have sensitive or reactive skin, we recommend patch testing a new product before incorporating it fully into your routine.

UKOI formulas use active ingredients supported by scientific research, and our products undergo safety and quality assessment as part of the European cosmetic manufacturing process.

We distinguish between research performed on an ingredient and testing performed on a finished cosmetic formula.

Where specific clinical or performance testing has been conducted on a UKOI formula, we communicate those results specifically rather than applying broad claims across the entire range.

We start with ingredients that have a scientific rationale for their use in skincare and formulate them into products designed for specific skin goals.

Depending on the formula, you’ll find ingredients such as peptides, PDRN, exosomes, bakuchiol, CICA and snail mucin alongside supporting ingredients selected for hydration, barrier support and overall skin condition.

But an ingredient name alone doesn’t make a good product. Concentration, formulation, ingredient compatibility and consistent use all matter. That’s why we focus on the complete formula rather than simply adding trending ingredients to a label.

The full ingredient list for each UKOI product is available on its product page.

We encourage you to read it, especially if you have known allergies, sensitivities or ingredients you prefer to avoid.

If you’re unsure about an ingredient, contact us and we’ll help you understand what’s in the formula.

We work with an established European cosmetics manufacturer operating within EU cosmetic manufacturing and documentation requirements.

Ingredients and finished formulas are subject to the documentation, safety and quality-control processes required for cosmetic products manufactured in the European Union.

If you have a question about a particular ingredient or formula, contact us and we’ll do our best to provide the relevant information.

Many UKOI formulas are designed with skin compatibility in mind, and several of our routines focus specifically on gentle renewal, hydration and barrier support.

However, sensitive skin can mean different things for different people, and no cosmetic product can be guaranteed to work for every skin type.

If your skin is sensitive or reactive, introduce new products gradually and patch test before first use. If you have a diagnosed skin condition, speak with your dermatologist before significantly changing your routine.

It depends on the individual product and your personal circumstances.

Pregnancy and breastfeeding can change both your skin and the ingredients your healthcare provider recommends you use or avoid. We therefore don’t make a blanket claim that every UKOI product is appropriate for everyone during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

You can find the complete ingredient list on each product page. We recommend sharing it with your physician or healthcare provider if you have questions about a particular product.

Start with what you want to change about your skin.

If you’re focused on visible signs of aging, firmness and smoothness, explore our peptide routines. For renewal and tired-looking skin, explore PDRN+. For calming and barrier support, look at CICA. If you’re looking for a gentle alternative to traditional retinol-focused routines, explore Bakuchiol.

You can also use Personalize to find a routine based on your skin and goals.

Yes. You don’t need to replace your entire skincare routine to start using UKOI.

Individual UKOI products can be incorporated into an existing routine, or you can use products from one of our complete systems together.

When combining multiple active products, whether from UKOI or other brands, introduce them gradually.

You can absolutely start with one product.

Our complete routines are designed for customers who want coordinated products for a particular skin goal without having to build a routine themselves.

But they aren’t a requirement. If you already have products you like, choose the UKOI product that addresses what you want to add or change.

Skincare should fit your skin and your life, not the other way around.

It depends on the product, your skin and what you’re trying to improve.

Changes in hydration and how your skin feels can sometimes be noticeable relatively quickly. Visible changes in texture, radiance, firmness or the appearance of fine lines generally require consistent use over a longer period.

Skincare isn’t an overnight transformation. We recommend evaluating a routine based on consistent use rather than expecting a dramatic result after a few applications.

Individual results will vary.

That’s exactly why we offer our 30-Day Guarantee.

Skincare is personal. A formula that works beautifully for one person may not be right for another.

If an eligible UKOI purchase isn’t right for you, contact us within 30 days and we’ll help you through the guarantee process.

See our 30-Day Guarantee page for complete terms and instructions.

We want you to feel comfortable trying UKOI.

UKOI follows a more direct lab-to-consumer model.

Our products are manufactured and quality checked in Europe, then shipped through a streamlined supply chain to customers rather than spending extended periods moving through multiple layers of traditional retail distribution.

This helps us keep the path from production to your skincare routine as direct as possible.

Like all cosmetics, UKOI products should be stored according to the instructions on the packaging and used within the indicated period after opening.

Orders are prepared and shipped from the United States.

Processing and delivery times can vary depending on your location and the shipping method available at checkout.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information so you can follow its progress.

Contact us.

If your order arrives damaged, you receive the wrong product, or something else isn’t right, send our customer care team your order information and photos where relevant.

We’ll review the issue and help you resolve it.
